Question 1

How did Rhett Kenagy lose 76 pounds at age 50?

Accepted Answer

Rhett Kenagy lost 76 lbs (256 to 180 lbs) at age 50 in 12 months through a physician-guided protocol: 1g protein per pound of target bodyweight, heavy compound training 4x per week, 8,000 steps daily, 7-8 hours sleep, alcohol elimination, and morning discipline anchored by a 4:45 AM wake-up. No surgery, no drugs beyond physician guidance, no celebrity trainer.
